We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
- In-stock items are usually shipped within 4 business days after the order is placed — often sooner.
- If any item is out of stock, please allow an additional 5–7 days for processing.
- During peak seasons, such as holidays or new product releases, please expect slight delays due to high order volumes.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Domestic & International Shipping
We offer both domestic and international shipping from our warehouse in Dongguan, China.
We can ship to most countries worldwide, though certain regions or products may have shipping restrictions due to customs or regulations.
If your address cannot be served, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative solution.
3. Shipping Methods & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress.
Please note: once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier or post office, we have no control over transit times or routes.
Delays caused by customs inspection, public holidays, or local courier issues are beyond our responsibility.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected at checkout
In some cases, promotional offers or bulk purchases may qualify for free shipping.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

While we take great care in packaging, we are not responsible for:

- Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
